- 1 medium sized cabbage (if large take half)
- 3 medium carrot (julienne cut)
- 1/4 spring onion (only green part)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp corn flour (mix in 1 cup of water)

- Take a big pan/pot add chicken and filled with water, keep cooking until chicken full done, save yakni (almost 2 litres)
- Shredd chicken and discard bones, cut veggies& set aside.
- Add shredded chicken in yakhni
- In another bowl mix all the sauces and seasoning.
- Add the sauces in shredded chicken & yakni. Keep cooking for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add veggies (except spring onion)
- Add corn flour slurry, cook for couple of minutes
- When start thicking add beaten eggs n quickly mix it. Turn off the flame
- Before serving add spring onion. Serve Hot & enjoy winters
