  3. Now add chopped tomatoes and dried chillies along with vegetable stock or water. Add salt, pepper, cumin powder, chilli powder and mixed herbs. Mix everything well and cook it until tomatoes are soft and cooked properly. Let it cool down.
  4. Blend it with the hand blender or in a mixer jar to a smooth paste and strain it.
  5. Heat butter and add boiled kidney beans and sweet corn to it and cook it for a minute.
  6. Now add soup to it and adjust the consistency by adding little bit of water. If you like thick soup then just leave it like that. Adjust the seasoning and cook it until one boil. Now add coriander leaves and spring onion to it and mix it. Turn off the heat.
