  1. For vegetable stock- heat oil in a cooker,add garlic,ginger, carrot,clove salt and black pepper.Saute,add 4 cups water and close the lid.Cook it for 7 min.Strain it keep the vegetables aside.Stock is ready.
  2. Now heat 2 tb.spoon.oil in a pan,add garlic, ginger and onion.Cook it for 2min.Add all the vegetables,salt, sambhar powder and garam masala.Mix,add stock into it and cook for 7-8 min.on medium heat or until vegetables are cooked.Add Soya sauce and mix.
  3. When you are going to serve- take a soup bowl Pour your prepared soup and top it with noodles.Enjoy this healthy and tasty Thupka with your family.
